Update on Kenny Omega’s Status for AEW All Out

AEW All Out takes place later today, with Will Ospreay set to defend the AEW World Championship match against Jon Moxley in the main event. Other big names competing include Cope and Cage, FTR, the Young Bucks, Darby Allin, Thekla, Andrade El Idolo, The New Level, Swerve Strickland, Willow Nightingale, Brodido, Adam Page, PAC, and more. One name conspicuous by his absence, however, is Kenny Omega.

Omega, who lost the AEW World Championship to Osprey at All In, hasn’t been seen on TV since. Fightful is now reporting that, at least as of this last week, Omega was not scheduled to be on the card in any capacity.

It wouldn’t be unheard of for him to show up in a surprise swerve that has been kept top-secret. It also wouldn’t make much sense as a surprise, since everyone would expect, in-storyline, that Omega would want a rematch. By keeping him off TV, the company presumably has something special planned.

AEW All Out starts at starts at 7 PM ET and 4 PM PT from Chicago. It’s available on PPV, Prime Video, Prime Video, HBO Max (domestically), and MyAEW (internationally). 411 will have live coverage of the PPV starting at 6:30 PM ET/3:30 PM PT.
