AJ Styles Appears At Indie Event, Makes Save For Son Avery
AJ Styles made an appearance at an independent event to make the save for his son Avery Styles. Avery was part Atlanta Wrestling Entertainment’s AWE Loud show where he faced GWC Jr. Champion Tristan Moody for the title. Styles won the match by disqualification after one of Moody’s allies pushed him off the top rope.
After the match, more of Moody’s allies came down to attack Styles when AJ made an appearance. He made the save for his son and helped him up after the ring was cleared, as you can see below via Twitter.
Avery Styles is part of the TNA roster, while AJ of course retired from the ring after his loss to Gunther at the Royal Rumble in February. Avery will make his in-ring debut for TNA at Bound For Glory in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet match.
AJ Styles made a surprise appearance tonight at Atlanta Wrestling Entertainment saving Avery Styles from a post-match beatdown!
