Hel has been following wrestling for almost 40 years. Her earliest memories of wrestling are watching syndicated WCW shows in the early 90s. She grew up on the Monday Night Wars, and would watch every show that was on TV during that time. Including the AWA shows on ESPN Classic and CMLL and AAA on Galavision and Univision. Hel has been using 411 as her source for wrestling news and opinions since 1999. Noticing that there hadn't been a WWE PLE preview for awhile, she reached out to Jeremy Thomas in June, and hasn't looked back since. As an avid reader, Hel has read over 50 books about wrestling. Both autobiographies and books on the history of the business. Aside from just being a fan, Hel also trained with Supreme Pro Wrestling out of Sacramento, CA. While injuries would cut her in-ring career short within a year. She doesn't regret at least trying. And has thought many times of trying to be a manager of a local independent company. Aside from wrestling, as mentioned, Hel loves reading, as well as TTRPGS, video games, rock music, was a film major, and went to culinary school. Her favorite genre is horror, her favorite film maker is Guillermo Del Toro, and her favorite food to cook is whatever the person she is cooking for wants.
