Commentary Team Revealed For UFC 223

MMA Junkie reports that the commentary team for UFC 223 will include the debut of a three-man booth that features Jon Anik, Joe Rogan and Jimmy Smith. Rogan is reportedly partially responsible for Smith’s hiring, as they are friends. Megan Olivi will have on-site interviews. The FOX Sports studio in Los Angeles will include Michael Bisping and Rashad Evans with host Karyn Bryant. Santiago Ponzinibbio and Victor Davila will provided commentary in Spanish on FOX Deportes.

UFC 223 happens Saturday at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. It airs on PPV following preliminary fights on UFC Fight Pass and FS1. FS2 will air the ceremonial weigh-ins at 6 PM ET on Friday. The pre-show airs at 7 PM ET Saturday on FS1. There will also be a post-show broadcast after the event.
