Paul Craig Says Khalil Rountree Can’t Knock Him Out

In an interview with , Paul Craig (9-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) said that Khalil Rountree (5-2 MMA, 1-2 UFC) won’t be able to knock him out when they fight at UFC Fight Night 113. The event happens tomorrow. Here are highlights:

On how to beat Rountree: “(Rountree) said in an interview, ‘You don’t know how to beat me.’ Well, I honestly know how to beat this guy.”

On changing things up after his loss to Tyson Pedro: “I couldn’t continue the way I was going on. I was getting up at 6 and running and lifting weights, and then going straight to work. And then after work, I was in the gym. It was a horrible lifestyle leading up to that point. I’m just glad I stepped back. After my fight for UFC 209, I’m sitting at home, and I was like, ‘I’ve got nothing to do.’ So I went and got a dog to give me a companion.”

On Rountree’s plans to knock him out and his training with professional boxers: “If they can’t do it, he’s not going to do it.”
