Pedro Munhoz Talks UFC Fight Night 90 Bout With Russell Doane

– Pedro Munhoz recently spoke with mmajunkie.com, here are the highlights…

On Losing His Last Fight: “My last fight was far from boring,” Munhoz said. “Even though I lost, we put on a show. It was exciting to watch. We stayed in the center of the octagon and fought hard. “I don’t worry what’s happened. I’m focused on my next fight only. If I think too much about wins and losses, I won’t be my naturally aggressive self. I always move forward, looking for the knockout or submission.”

On His Training: “I’ve been getting ready at Kings MMA, as always,” Munhoz said. “I also train at Black House, and we have a few guys who can emulate Russell Doane. “I’m feeling very confident. I’m well trained. I feel well.”

On His Goals: “Ultimately, I wish to establish myself in the UFC,” Munhoz said. “I take it one fight at a time. The parts I can control are training as hard as I can and delivering entertaining fights.”
