Robbie Lawler Praises Rafael dos Anjos After UFC on FOX 26 Loss

Robbie Lawler made no excuses and praised Rafael dos Anjos after losing to him in the main event of UFC on FOX 26. Lawler spoke after the event and highlights (via MMAjunkie) are below:

On seeming to suffer a leg injury during the fight: “It doesn’t matter. He did a great job out there. It just wasn’t my night. He did a great job.”

On dos Anjos’ performance: “I just wasn’t able to do the kind of things I wanted to do. He took advantage of – he did a great job out there. Landed some good knees. Landed some good punches, couple takedowns.”

On what’s next for him: “I’m going to go home tomorrow. That’s as far as I’m thinking ahead, I guess.”
