Said Nurmagomedov spoke following his win over Ricardo Ramos at UFC on ESPN+ 2 about his next opponent and more. Highlights are below, per MMAjunkie:

On his next fight: “There is a fighter Sean O’Malley, everyone is talking about him like he’s a superstar, but I know the UFC just promotes him. His style is similar like my style and I see there is nothing special in him. I would really like to fight him in the next fight.”

On his win over Ramos: “My expectation was to go the distance for all three rounds because my opponent was very tough. He won his last three fights in the UFC and to be honest I didn’t expect an easy fight.”

On his move to bantamweight: “I feel more comfortable, much better in this division. I don’t go for a hard weight cut and I promise you guys in this division I’m going to show more and have more fights.”
