Sergio Pettis Plans to Train More With Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA

Speaking to reporters in a media scrum after UFC 197 (via MMAjunkie), UFC flyweight fighter Sergio Pettis discussed his win over UFC 197 against Chris Kelades. Below are some highlights from the scrum.

Pettis on working on Jackson-Wink MMA: “They made me explore my game a little bit – made me have to change up things, kind of like in a fight.”

Pettis on if he plans to work with Jackson-Wink MMA more for his later fights: “Oh, for sure. I’m going to do that for every camp – and not only because Wisconsin is freezing and it’s hard to cut weight and be cold. It was an eye-opener. It was really fun. And Albuquerque reminds me of Milwaukee, honestly. There’s not much to do there but train and stay focused on the goal.”
