American Horror Story Season Eight To Be Murder House/Coven Crossover

The next season of American Horror Story will cross two of the more popular previous seasons together for a new arc. Ryan Murphy posted to Twitter to note that the long-awaited crossover between “Murder House” (season one) and “Coven” (season three) will be this year’s storyline arc:

Murphy also notes in the announcement that the new season will premiere in September, the same month as the two previous seasons “Roanoke” and “Cult.” The new season will star returning cast members Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Evan Peters, Adina Porter, Cheyenne Jackson, Billy Eichner, Leslie Grossman and Billie Lourd, along with franchise newcomer Joan Collins. Production on the new season begins later this month.
