Dave Bautista, Channing Tatum, Steven Yeun & More To Star In Alpha Gang

Dave Bautista is teaming up with a skew of A-listers for a new movie project, Alpha Gang. He will star in the movie alongside Channing Tatum, Steven Yeun, Zoë Kravitz, Léa Seydoux, and Riley Keough. Blanchett is set to star as the alien leader, Alpha One.

The Hollywood Reporter notes that two-time Oscar winner Cate Blanchett will head the project. The title will be sold to international buyers at next week’s American Film Market in Las Vegas. CAA Media Finance is handling North American distribution rights.

Blanchett and Coco Francini are producing through Dirty Films. Other producers include Gina Gammell for Felix Culpa, Ryan Zacarias for Fat City, Mary Aloe for Aloe Entertainment, and Andrea Bucko for Sugar Rush Pictures.

The film “follows a group of alien invaders who disguise themselves as a 1950s leather-clad biker gang on their mission to conquer Earth. But their ruthless plans are derailed when they encounter humanity’s most contagious condition: Emotions.’”
