Even if they cut a plea deal, Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman are likely spending some time in jail for their alleged parts in the big bribery scandal. TMZ reports that according to law enforcement sources, any plea deal on their charges of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud would come with a recommendation from the prosecutors that some jail time is served.

The two actresses were arrested along with forty-eight others in a sting over the scams, which saw the group allegedly bribing officials to get their kids into prestigious colleges. Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli are accused of paying Rick Singer, who has pled guilty in the case, $500,000 to get their daughters into USC on the false presumption that they would be part of the school’s crew team. Meanwhile, Huffman allegedly payed Singer $15,000 to fix her daughter’s SATs.

The site adds that more indictments are expected in the situation.
