Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD Returning Ahead of Schedule in May

SHIELD will be making its return to TV screens a bit sooner than expected. ABC announced on Thursday that Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD will premiere season six on May. The announcement was made with a teaser video, which you can see below.
When it was initially renewed for its sixth run in May of last year, it had been announced that the show would premiere in summer of 2019. The return will likely come after the broadcast season ends in early May, so it will technically be part of the summer season but most expected to to come back in June.
The series has also been renewed for a seventh season, so we will have at least two more seasons of the show.
