Mindy Kaling To Produce Four Weddings and a Funeral Series For Hulu

Coming Soon reports that Mindy Kaling will executive produce in a new Hulu series based on the 1994 British romantic comedy Four Weddings and a Funeral. Matt Warburton is also listed as an executive producer, along with Jonathan Prince, Howard Klein (3 Arts), Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner (Working Title). It’s produced by MGM Television and Universal Television. This is Kaling’s second show with Hulu after The Mindy Project.

The series follows a group of friends as their lives merge through the five titular events.
