New Poster Revealed For Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker

Walt Disney Studios and Lucasfilm have released a brand new poster for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, which arrives in theaters on December 20. The film was directed by JJ Abrams from a script he wrote with Chris Terrio. It stars Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Domhnall Gleeson, Kelly Marie Tran, Joonas Suotamo, Billie Lourd, Naomi Ackie, Richard E. Grant, Keri Russell, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Billy Dee Williams, Carrie Fisher and Ian McDiarmid.

Footage for the film was also screened at D23, which featured a “red-eyed, aggressive” C3PO and what appeared to be Rey joining the dark side. You can see a description of that from our own Jeffrey Harris, who is at the event, below.
