The ragtag band of Clone Force 99 and Omega are back in the new Season 2 trailer for Star Wars: The Bad Batch. Disney and Lucasfilm released a new trailer for the CG-animated series during Star Wars Celebration. You can check out the new trailer below.

The teaser and logo were released earlier today for a panel at Star Wars Celebration, which included the show’s supervising director/executive producer Brad Rau, head writer/executive producer Jennifer Corbett, and story editor Matt Michnovetz. The panel was joined by Dee Bradley Baker, the voice of all the Bad Batch members, and Michelle Ang, who voices Omega.

The new trailer features a lot of action, plus the return of Emperor Palpatine, voiced once again by Ian McDiarmid, who appears to be addressing what remains of the Galactic Senate. There’s also a wookiee brandishing igniting a lightsaber.

Season 2 for the hit show will debut on Disney+ later this fall. Star Wars: The Bad Batch is from The Clone Wars creator Dave Filoni and follows the group of Clone Force 99 and their fellow clone sister, Omega, as they try to evade the clutches of the Empire after the Clone Wars and the fall of the Galactic Republic. Here’s a new synopsis from Disney for Season 2:

Months have passed since the events on Kamino and the Bad Batch continue their journey navigating the Empire after the fall of the Republic. They will cross paths with friends and foes, both new and familiar, as they take on a variety of thrilling mercenary missions that will take them to unexpected and dangerous new places.
