Trailer For Kevin Smith’s Horror Film Killroy Was Here Co-Starring Chris Jericho Online
Kevin Smith’s next film Killroy Was Here is a horror anthology co-starring Chris Jericho, and the first trailer is online. Smith released the video on Sunday following his Comic-Con@Home “An Evening with Kevin Smith” panel, and you can see it below.
The film originally started off as a Krampus film, but was ultimately rewritten to be a horror comedy inspired by the famous “Killroy Was Here” graffiti. Smith said of the film, “It’s got a theme that runs through it, and all these little stories that happen around [Killroy]. He’s kinda like a kid Avenger. If you fuck with kids, Killroy will show up. And he looks wonderfully goofy. Bald head and a nose that hangs over the fence. [Robert Kurtzman] designed something that’s kinda horrifying but it’s also goofy at the same time.”
The movie stars Azita Ghanizada, Ryan O’Nan, Harley Quinn Smith, Jericho, Jason Mewes, Ralph Garman and Justin Kucsulain and is currently planned for a release early next year.
