Trailer and Poster Released For Netflix’s The Outsider

Netflix has released a trailer and poster for its upcoming original movie The Outsider. The film was directed by Martin Zandvliet from a script by John Linson and Andrew Baldwin. It will be produced by Art Linson, Kenneth Kao and John Linson. It stars Jared Leto, Tadanobu Asano, Kippei Shiina, Shioli Kutsuna, EmileHirsch, Raymond Nicholson, Rory Cochrane, Nao Omori and Min Tanaka. It debuts on March 9.

Here’s a synopsis: Set in post-WWII Japan, an imprisoned American soldier (Leto) is released with the help of his Yakuza cellmate. Now free, he sets out to earn their respect and repay his debt while navigating the dangerous criminal underworld.
