Will Ferrell brought the forty-third president back to Saturday Night Live. Ferrell reprised his role as George W. Bush on this week’s show. You can check out highlights from the episode below.

Ferrell portrayed President Bush, who he lampooned during Bush’s administration, in the cold open. Ferrell’s Bush delivered a message to America from Bush’s ‘Oval Office,’ saying, “”I know what you’re thinking: What the heck is the handsome devil doing back in the Oval Office? The truth is this is just a set. I had it built in my basement in Texas — so I could pretend to be still be president sometimes.”

He went on to talk about how his “approval rating is at an all-time high” by comparison to Donald Trump, saying, “…suddenly I’m looking pretty sweet by comparison. At this rate, I might even end up on Mount Rushmore right next to Washington, Lincoln… and I wanna say, uh, Kensington?”
