AEW Files To Trademark ‘King of Harts’

PWInsider reports that yesterday, All Elite Wrestling filed to trademark the term ‘King of Harts’, a nickname associated with Owen Hart. AEW has partnered with Owen’s family for years now and runs an annual tournament in his name. The trademark is for action figures, and AEW is currently working on Owen Hart figures with Jazwares.
They previously filed to trademark the term in 2021 for “educational and entertainment services, namely, a continuing program about wrestling accessible by radio, television, satellite, audio, video and computer networks; Entertainment services in the nature of development, creation, production, distribution, and post-production of wrestling programs and wrestling multimedia entertainment event content; Entertainment services in the nature of live wrestling performances.”
