Cause of Luna Vachon’s Death Revealed

According to TMZ, the toxicology results came back this morning, and former WWE star Gertrude “Luna” Vachon died from an overdose of painkillers and anti-anxiety medication. The District Six medical Examiner’s office in Florida made the determination and her death has been ruled an “accidental overdose.” Vachon was found dead in her Florida home back in August.
