Chelsea Green Shares Pic With Michael Hayes After Women’s Title Win

Chelsea Green is the Interim WWE Women’s Champion, and she shared a pic with the title and Michael Hayes on social media. Green posted a photo to Instagram on Friday with Hayes, who is smiling and pointing to her as she holds the championship. She captioned the photo simply:
Here’s to Michael Hayes!”
Hayes caused headlines in the second season of WWE: Unreal when he said that Green’s job was to build to other stars rather than become one herself.
Green has defended Hayes over criticism of his comments, noting that he is always honest with her both good and bad. She also credited Hayes’ comments with lighting a fire under her and being the reason that she’s champion right now.
The win marked Green’s first run with a world title in WWE. She is a former two-time WWE Women’s United States Champion and a former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion.
