During last Monday’s edition of WWE Raw, former World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso won a battle royal, securing a title shot for the vacant championship. He will now face former WWE Champion CM Punk for the vacant belt at next month’s Saturday Night’s Main Event. Now, betting odds are now available for the title bout at BetOnline.
Seth Rollins reportedly suffered a legitimate injury at WWE Crown Jewel Perth, prompting WWE to pivot for its storyline. As a result, Rollins was officially stripped of the title earlier this week, with WWE citing the recent attack by Bron Breakker against Rollins as the cause. CM Punk previously won a Triple Threat Match against LA Knight and Jey Uso to earn his title shot.
Now, it will be CM Punk versus Jey Uso with the vacant WWE World Heavyweight Title hanging in the balance. Here are the current betting odds for next month’s Saturday Night’s Main Event:
* CM Punk: -800
* Jey Uso: +425
Currently, CM Punk is the heavy favorite to win at -800 odds, with Uso as the betting underdog at +425. Odds actually opened at -1000 for Punk, and +550 for Uso, so they’ve shifted. Regardless, Punk is still given an 88.9% likelihood of winning the title by BetOnline.
The CM Punk vs. Jey Uso title match goes down on Saturday, November 1 at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event. The show takes place at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. It will be broadcast live on Peacock in the U.S. and on Netflix internationally.
