Damian Priest & R-Truth Get Apparent Tag Team Name On New Merchandise

Damian Priest and R-Truth are the WWE Tag Team Champions, and it seems like they may have an official team name. WWE Shop has merchandise for the champions which describes them as “Wepa Up.”
The term is obviously a combination of Priest’s use of the phrase “Wepa” as well as R-Truth’s “What’s Up.” WWE has not officially referred to the team in that capacity and it could potentially be a catchphrase just for the shirt, though it is listed across multiple products.
Truth and Priest won the titles on the March 20th episode of WWE Smackdown. They defeated JC Matero and Tama Tonga of the MFTs for the titles.
As of now, the two do not have their next Tag Team Championship defense set. They retained the titles on last week’s show in a match with Kit Wilson & The Miz, and are not yet announced for tonight’s show or either night of WrestleMania 42.
