Damian Priest Recalls Meeting Undertaker In 1999, Says There’s ‘Nothing Fake’ About Him

Damian Priest looked up to Undertaker growing up, and he recently recalled first meeting the Dead Man back in 1999. Priest spoke about the meeting and his interactions with Undertaker during his appearance on Insight With Chris Van Vliet and you can see highlights below, per Wrestling Inc:

On meeting Undertaker in 1999 at a signing: “He was so nice, too. Which blew me away, right? He’s The Undertaker, right? You expect him to, like, set me on fire… That was the first time I met him, I won’t forget that, I remember choking.”

On his interactions with Taker over the years: “There’s nothing fake about him. He’s like a legitimate badass. I’m glad I looked up to him. He’s everything I thought he should be, and he was.”
