A new report has some additional details on the new contract that Nick Khan signed with WWE earlier this week, ahead of the TKO Q1 earnings report. As reported yesterday, Khan re-signed with the company for a deal that runs through the end of 2030 that includes a base pay increase from $2 million to $3 million per year starting next year. He is also eligible for an annual bonus of up to $3 million for 2026 and up to $6 million starting in 2027, tied to performance targets.
PWInsider reports that in addition to those details, Khan received an $11 million stock grant to sign the deal. That grant is in addition to the annual stock target of $7.5 million for this year, which will rise to $8.5 million through the course of the deal. He could also receive another $5 million in equity grant bonuses depending on how well Zuffa Boxing does.
As noted at the end of April, Nick Khan had a total 2025 pay of $24.3 million, which broke down to a $2 million base pay, over $11 million in stock options, and $10.75 million in bonuses.
