WWE President Nick Khan has re-upped with the company. The new contract will keep him on as the president of WWE through December 31, 2030. WWE parent company TKO disclosed its new contract with Khan in its latest quarterly filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (h/t POST Wrestling).
Khan’s new agreement is effective as of May 4, 2026, and it replaces his existing contract, including significant increases in his payouts. Under the new agreement, Khan’s base salary remains at $2 million through the end of the year, rising to $3 million per year from 2027 onward.
Under Khan’s deal, he’s also eligible for an annual bonus, targeting 150% of his base salary for 2026 (roughly $3 million) and 200% from 2027 through the end of the deal, for $6 million per year. Khan’s bonus payouts are tied to performance targets set by TKO’s Board of Directors.
Nick Khan joined WWE as the new president of the company in August 2020, replacing former Co-Presidents George Barrios and Michelle Wilson.
As previously reported, Khan earned $24.3 million as WWE President last year. His payout was broken down as a $2 million, over $11 million in stock options, and $10.75 million in bonuses. That included $7 million for WWE’s financial performance and $3.75 million “due to the successful launch of our boxing-related businesses.”
