Ethan Page Says He Is ‘Soon To Be the Greatest Intercontinental Champion of All Time’

Ethan Page is riding high after pinning WWE Intercontinental Champion Penta during a tag team bout on last night’s WWE Raw. During a later post-match backstage video, Page declared himself the standard of excellence and soon to be the next Intercontinental Champion.

Ethan Page says in the clip, “You know, it’s weird to say, I guess I’m the new guy, right? Three weeks, two matches, and let’s check the stats. Undefeated, 2-0, and I just pinned the Intercontinental Champion, which means soon to be the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time. I’m the standard of excellence, baby, and soon to hold the token of excellence in the WWE.”

Page and Rusev successfully defeated the team of Penta and Je’Von Evans. WWE has not yet announced a title match featuring Ethan Page vs. Penta for the Intercontinental belt.
