Gail Kim Answers Question About Potential WWE Return

Gail Kim was released by TNA early in 2025. There was much speculation about where Gail would go afterward, as she’d developed quite a reputation with fans due to her time in TNA when they started taking women’s wrestling seriously. That reputation probably took a hit with some after comments she made regarding AEW’s usage of Riho, and her response to Kenny Omega’s response.

Then again, it probably increased her reputation with others.

Gail Kim has an interesting history with WWE. She had two stints there and neither were received as well as her stints with TNA. People still wonder if she’ll go back to WWE someday, the same way we wonder about everyone else. Gail responded to the question of if she’d work for WWE again during an impromptu Q&A session on social media:

Gail did not go into further detail on the matter, though she did also discuss topics like her work with Daniel Bryan in WWE & Awesome Kong in TNA, and the prospect of one last match. Gail’s most recent wrestling appearance was with GCW on November 22.
