Jaida Parker is sidelined with a neck injury, as was revealed on this week’s episode of WWE NXT. Parker has been feuding with Blake Monroe since she returned to TV, and faced her last week in a match that went to a double countout. It was revealed on Tuesday’s show that she is now out of action.
The reveal was made when Monroe walked into interim NXT General Manager Robert Stone’s office as Stone was talking with Fallon Henley about the next women’s WWE Speed Championship #1 Contenders Tournament. Monroe complained how Parker was “out of control” last week and Stone said that Parker was suspended for striking the referee last week. He added that she is dealing with a neck injury, and then put Monroe in the #1 contenders tournament where she will face Thea Hail in the first round.
No word as of now on how serious the neck injury is, nor when Parker may be out of action. She had a clip of the segment from tonight’s episode of NXT below.
On behalf of 411, our best wishes to Parker for a quick and full recovery.
