Jey Uso Teases Real Emotion For WrestleMania Match, Talks Bloodline’s Status
Jey Uso called out Jimmy Uso for a match at WrestleMania 40 on Raw, and he recently teased the possibility of the match. Jey wants to face his brother at April’s PPV and while Jimmy has yet to answer the challenge, Jey weighed in on the potential bout on the Battleground Podcast. You can see highlights below, Wrestling Inc and Fightful:
For the third time in WrestleMania history, biological brothers look poised to face off against one another with “Main Event” Jey Uso taking on his brother Jimmy Uso. It is apropos that this clash of siblings takes place in the “City of Brotherly Love,” Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Before making his challenge to Jimmy on “WWE Raw,” Jey joined “Battleground Podcast” to discuss the upcoming 40th edition of WWE’s biggest event.
On his hopes for the PPV: “Me personally, I’m a little kid all over again. Hopefully it’s me and Jimmy at WrestleMania but if it is, man, I’m a little kid, uce, and it’s gonna be so easy. We’re just gonna do what we do all the time… You thought you had emotion in The Bloodline storyline, me-Roman, me-Sami [Zayn]. Man, watch me and my twin go at it. Y’all gonna be like: they are 100% real. And that’s what’s gonna make it fire because it’s gonna be real, uce. You’re gonna be like, ‘oh I wanna see this match!'”
On The Bloodline: “We the Ones, we the Bloodline. Whether we’re separated or not, we’re just that good now and people need to step up. We’re going to keep running it and we’re going to keep adding more. The Bloodline runs deep. We’re going to keep doing it. The Bloodline brought the drama, brought the theatrics, brought the ‘cinema.’ I feel like ya boy was the heart of the Bloodline. They can add The Rock. They can add them all. It isn’t going to be Bloodline until Jey Uso is back.”
