Jimmy Uso and Naomi Reportedly Want to Get Fired by WWE

– Believe it or not, a new rumor from Fox News states that Jimmy Uso and his wife, fellow WWE Superstar Naomi, are trying to get fired by WWE. As previously reported, Jimmy Uso was arrested earlier this week in Detroit for disorderly conduct and obstruction, when police pulled over Uso and Naomi when Naomi was driving the wrong way on a one-way street. This led to Uso getting out of the car and allegedly removing his shirt and jacket and squaring up to the officers like he wanted to fight, prompting the officer to point his stun gun at Uso. Uso ultimately was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction. Fox News released its own report on the arrest. However, this one claimed to have info from a source saying that both Uso and Naomi want to get fired by WWE.

A source said to be closely connected to WWE stated, “Uso and his wife want to get fired by the WWE, so this arrest just might be the shoe that drops.” The source added that interest in the upcoming new wrestling promotion, All Elite Wrestling (AEW), has drawn interest from a number of Superstars who are currently under contract with WWE.

The Usos are currently slated to compete for the WWE Smackdown tag team titles this weekend at Elimination Chamber, and they will face Shane McMahon and The Miz for the belts.
