Leilani Kai Names Chelsea Green Her Women’s Wrestler Of 2025, Talks WWE Legends Deal

Leilani Kai has named Chelsea Green as her WWE women’s wrestler of 2025. The WWE legend recently spoke with Bill Apter for 1Wrestling at Glory Days Grapplecon for a new interview. During the short conversation, she spoke about her new WWE Legends Deal and more. You can see the highlights below:

On Her WWE Legends Deal:

“Well, I had finally my surgery on my hip. And, but I was in the hospital. And after my surgery a couple days later, they [WWE] called me. They called and asked if they could take care of my hospital bill, or if there’s anything they could do. And I told them no, I was taken care of, I was fine. And then they told me they wanted me to join their family.”

On Her Women’s Wrestler Of The Year:

“Chelsea Green… It’s just something about her. Her charisma, her attitude is like mine. Her personality is like mine. And she’s real friendly and sweet. And all the girls are. They just don’t know me. But I made myself know her. But I love them all.”
