Nick Aldis Says He’s Heard From Brock Lesnar On WWE Smackdown, Logan Paul Sucker Punches John Cena

This week’s WWE Smackdown ended poorly for John Cena, with Nick Aldis saying he heard from Brock Lesnar before Logan Paul sucker punched Cena. Friday’s show closed out with Aldis finding Cena and saying that he heard from Lesnar, who returned to WWE at SummerSlam and assaulted Cena.

Before Cena could react to Aldis’ news, Paul — who had a promo duel with Cena earlier in the show that ended with Paul laid out — came in from behind Aldis and decked Cena. Cena was left on the ground as Paul backed away to end the show.

Cena is expected to battle Lesnar at WWE WrestlePalooza on September 20th, and will face Paul at Clash in Paris on August 31st.
