Note On WWE Creative Pitch Made For Jordynne Grace & Ivy Nile

WWE creative reportedly made a pitch for Jordynne Grace and Ivy Nile to work together on TV, with vignettes filmed this summer. According to Fightful Select, the two absent WWE stars were the subject of a pitch earlier this year for a tag team. The report notes that some progress was made on the idea and that the aforementioned vignettes were filled, with the hope being that they would air this month.

Neither star has been on Raw or Smackdown in some time; Nile has been working Main Event tapings but last competed on Raw in March. Meanwhile, Grace’s last WWE TV match was a loss on WWE Main Event in June.

According to the sources, neither star has bene injured and are just waiting for creative. While Nile’s contract is reported up in the fall, Grace is still contracted for a matter of years.

Sources in the company believe that the new trademark “Iron Built” is in reference to the two, but that is not confirmed at this time. No word as of yet on when the two may return to TV.
