Huge Brawl Takes Place After NXT TakeOver: Phoenix Goes Off the Air
– PWInsider has a report on a post-show brawl that took place after tonight’s NXT TakeOver: Phoenix event went off the air. After the show went off the air, Velveteen Dream confronted Johnny Gargano on the stage. Gargano had come out to celebrate with Tommaso Ciampa after he defeated Aleister Black in the main event. Gargano had successfully beaten Ricochet earlier in the evening to win the NXT North American Championship.
After Dream came out, so did Adam Cole, who went up to both Dream and Gargano. Ricochet and Aleister Black then joined in, and a huge brawl started on the entrance stage. The Superstars then brawled to the gorilla position, and then Triple H got involved to break it up.
After they broke up the brawl, Aleister Black, Ricochet and Velveteen Dream then returned to the ring and did some poses for the crowd.
