Randy Orton is no longer set to appear at Fanatics Fest in July, according to the sitee’s website. Orton was scheduled to appear at the Fanatics fan convention in New York City, but the Fanatics Fest website is now listing Orton under talent who “will no longer be attending Fanatics Fest.”
The appearance would have been Orton’s first since WrestleMania 42, where he lost an Undisputed WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes on night one. Orton assaulted Rhodes after the match.
It was reported in May that Orton was down due to back issues, but Orton pushed back on the reports and said:
“Lmao just milking it guys, leave me alone I’m trying to enjoy my summer before I come back and take that #15”
There is no word on when Randy Orton might return to WWE television at this time.
