Rhea Ripley took to social media to comment on her online feud with Jade Cargill, noting that it’s not just friends having fun. As noted, Cargill has opened a bit of a hornet’s nest after she took her social media feud with her WrestleMania opponent in a meta direction, making insinuations that Ripley “talks to creative” and the social media team to be kept “on top.”
Things escalated further once Cargill made those comments to the point that Chelsea Green and Piper Niven have been drawn into the matter. Ripley took to her Instagram stories on Monday evening and, without mentioning Cargill, commented on the matter.
Ripley wrote in the stories post, as you can see below courtesy of Twitter:
“Not having fun.
Not friends.
Learn to work and never lie to defame someone’s real human character by “breaking the 4th wall”
Cargill has yet to further comment on the matter since her responses to Niven and Green. Ripley is set to challenge for for Cargill’s WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 42. The show takes place on April 18th and 19th at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada and will air live on ESPN Unlimited domestically, and Netflix internationally.
