Ric Flair Says Dennis Rodman Wanted Him To Induct Him In WWE Hall Of Fame

Ric Flair claims that Dennis Rodman wanted him to be the person to induct him into the WWE Hall of Fame, but he never heard back from WWE. Rodman went into the Hall of Fame as part of the 2026 class on Friday. He was inducted by Kevin Nash and Sean Waltman due to his nWo association and gave an emotional speech paying tribute to the late Hulk Hogan.

Rodman appeared on the Ariel Helwani Show and alleged that Rodman called him and asked him to be his inductor. Flair said he sent it to WWE but never heard back. He said that he believes there’s a “lack of respect” and that there’s a lack of respect in WWE. You can see the highlights below:

“No, but I asked — Dennis Rodman called me and said, ‘Will you induct me into the Hall of Fame?’ And I sent to the powers that be, ‘Dennis wants me to induct [him].’ I never got a call back.”

“I think there’s a lack of respect. And I think there are so many people under fire right now, they’re all ducking and dodging. I don’t know [why]. They hate the fact that I had a pool party with 3,000 beautiful women with Diplo. You tell me.”
