Rumored Update On Charlotte Flair’s WWE Return

Charlotte Flair could be returning to WWE TV soon, according to a new rumor. Flair has been out of action since she suffered a torn ACL, MCL and miniscus in December of last year during a match on WWE Smackdown. The WrestleVotes Twitter account posted an update on Thursday, noting that Flair’s return is “imminent” according to sources.

The report notes that there is a chance Flair’s return could happen as soon as this weekend’s Saturday Night’s Main Event special on NBC, and that creative was directed earlier this week to structure the presentation of her return.

As of now the report is not confirmed. Saturday Night’s Main Event has two women’s matches set: Liv Morgan defending the WWE Women’s World Championship against IYO SKY and the finals of the WWE Women’s United States Championship Tournament.

Sources indicate that Charlotte Flair’s return is imminent, with the possibility of it happening as soon as this weekend on NBC. We are told creative was tasked earlier this week with structuring the presentation of her return.
