Seth Rollins recently joined Pat McAfee on The Pat McAfee Show, and one of the topics he discussed was the greatest factions in WWE history and why he doesn’t think it’s The New Day.
When asked about his pick, Rollins obviously pointed towards The Shield’s success given where he, Roman Reigns, and Jon Moxley are at in their careers (via Wrestling Inc.):
“For the greater good, right? I mean look where Roman is at now. Look where Mox is at now, look what he’s doing,” Seth Rollins pointed out. “And me, I am here on your show, talking all about it. So I think everybody’s doing just fine, just fine. Look where The New Day’s at. What are they doing? Are they here sitting on your show? Are they the greatest of all time? Absolutely not.”
Kofi Kingston stated in an interview last November that he thinks New Day is the greatest three-man faction in company history.
