Shotzi Blackheart Says Her Brother is Missing After Car Crash in San Francisco

Shotzi Blackheart says that her older brother is missing following a car accident in San Francisco, California. The WWE alumna posted to her Twitter account asking for help in locating her brother, 51 year-old Dean Urbanski.

Blackheart wrote:

“MISSING PERSON – SAN FRANCISCO

My brother Deano is missing.

His car was found crashed near Fort Mason/ Marina District – San Francisco, and security footage shows him walking away from the vehicle afterward. He may be confused or disoriented.

He is currently undergoing dialysis and is not himself, so we are very worried about his safety.

KRON 4 in San Francisco reports that Urbanski was last seen around 1:45 PM at Fort Mason, ““notably wearing only one brown/tan slipper.” He was wearing what appears to be light blue jeans, a black shirt and a gray or blue long-sleeve, and has identifiable neck tattoos. Police said that he was seen walking toward Bay and Laguna streets.

Police provided a different number, with KRON noting that “Anyone who sees Urbanski or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the U.S. Park Police at 415-561-5505.”

Blackheart exited WWE in May of last year when her contract was not renewed. She re-signed with MLW earlier this week.
