– PWInsider has another update on Phillip A. Thomas II, who was arrested earlier this week for breaking into the home of WWE Superstar Sonya Deville in an attempted kidnapping plot. According to the new update, Thomas was assigned a public defender and invoked his right to remain silent.
Additionally, Sonya Deville (nee Daria Berenato) was awarded a temporary injunction against Thomas for stalking her. A court date has been assigned for later this month to put the injunction into place.
As noted, his pre-trial detention hearing is scheduled for Thursday, August 20 at 4:30 pm EST. Thomas was previously charged with aggravated stalking, armed burglary of a dwelling, attempted armed kidnapping, and criminal mischief.
