The Hardys have a number of tag teams they’d like to face from both TNA and WWE, with Matt suggesting a big eight-man cinematic tag team bout. The Hardys are the current TNA World Tag Team Champions and had a run as NXT Tag Team Champions late last year through the WWE and TNA partnership.

The two spoke with the the I Love Wrestling Podcast and were asked who they would like to defend their titles against. Matt named a couple of teams in TNA in The System and The Great Hands, and then mentioned the Motor City Machine Guns. Jeff suggested The Street Profits before Matt threw out a cinematic match pitting them and The Righteous against the Wyatt Sicks. You can see the highlights below:

Matt On Which Teams He’d Like to Face:

“I think there’s there’s more work for us to do with The System as well. I’m a big fan of the Great Hands. I like those guys together, John Skyler and Jason Hodge. I think The System was — you know, they were ready for a new reboot. I think Cedric Alexander and Bear Bronson are two amazing prospects. I think they’re going to to make The System very very dangerous.

“So it depends whoever they they throw out, you know? Come for us. I still, we’re all about it too, man. I would love to have a dream match at some point, especially considering the history in TNA, for one of our big shows, our PPVs, send out the Motor City Machine Guns. Let them go one-on-one with one time. That’s that’s a match we’ve never had.”

Jeff On Who He’d Like to Face:

“The Street Profits man, because I’m such a big fan of them. So yeah, that’s kind of on my bucket list of tag team matches that I would like to bring into reality before it’s all over.”

Matt On His Crossover Cinematic Match Idea:

“Or now that you said this, we’re talking about cinematic matches. Maybe we end up having a cinematic match with The Righteous, and somehow we end up coming out very civil at the end of it when it’s all said and done. Who knows? What if we did the Broken Hardys and The Righteous vs. the Wyatt Sicks?”
