The IInspiration Reflect On Rise of Australian Talent In AEW, Eye Tag Team Title Run

The IInspiration love seeing the rise of Australian talent in all of wrestling, but especially in their new home of AEW. The Australian wrestling scene has been well-represented of late with Aussies breaking out in both WWE and AEW. Rhea Ripley, Bronson Reed, Grayson Waller, and Zaria are finding success in WWE, while Kyle Fletcher, Harley Cameron, and Toni Storm are all big stars in AEW.

The IInspiration signed with AEW last month, and they appeared at For the Love Of Wrestling recently. Jessie McKay fielded questions about the rise of Australian talent in AEW. She also noted they have “tunnel vision” on winning the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championships. You can see the highlights below:

McKay On the Rise of Australian Talent in AEW:

“It’s awesome to see so many Aussies in AEW. There’s so many talented people and Australia, it’s really kind of blossomed in the wrestling business in the past couple of years. We all know them too and they’re all just such great people. So, we’re excited to share the locker room with even more Aussies.”

McKay On a Run at the Tag Team Championships:

“We definitely have our eyes set on AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship. That would put us in the history making books. So that’s where our tunnel vision is on for the rest of the year. And we’re going to make it happen.”
