Tiffany Stratton recently explained what happened with the scary spot when she was training on her Twitch livestream. Stratton took a scary bump on her livestream earlier this month as she was doing some training in the ring. She to go over the top rope but appeared to elevate herself higher than intended, and came down on her head on the ringside floor.
Fortunately, Stratton was okay after and she was asked about it during her appearance on the Battleground Podcast. She noted that she was trying to work out a dive over the top and “had a little mishap.” You can see the highlights below:
On the Spot Going Wrong:
“So, my idea for that stream was to figure out, learn how to do the dive over the top of the rope. The ‘hit the ropes and dive over.’ Because you see all the women, they go through the ropes. And I also go through the ropes, and I’ve always wanted to be able to go over the ropes. And I was going to do the stream of me just kind of working my way up, and unfortunately
we had a little mishap. You know, that happens; wrestling is not always pretty. You have to crash and burn, and I crash and burn all the time. I’m not perfect.
On Planning to ‘Redeem’ Herself:
“Unfortunately, I didn’t get to work my way up to doing a dive over the ropes, but I will be redeeming myself here pretty soon. So stay tuned for that stream. And yeah, giving fans just a little inside scoop as to what a training session looks like. And you know, it doesn’t always go as planned.”
