TNA has confirmed that Mara Sade and Jody Threat have exited the company, while teasing the return of a former titleholder. The company issued a press released on Monday confirming Jody Threat’s departure, as well as that of Sade.
The statement read:
““TNA Wrestling today confirmed that Jody Threat and Mara Sade have left the company. We wish them the best in her future endeavors.
In addition, TNA Wrestling confirmed a former titleholder is returning to the Knockouts Division.”
It was reported on Wednesday last week that Mara Sade was a free agent after her contract expired. It had been noted at that time that she had been in active talks with TNA but had also been in contact with other companies.
Sade last competed in the TNA Knockouts Television Championship tournament and her match with Heather By Elegance will air on this week’s TNA Impact.
No word as of now on who the former titleholder is.
