Tommaso Ciampa is looking forward to his match with Kyle Fletcher on AEW Dynamite, vowing to eat him alive in their TNT Championship bout. As noted, Ciampa will defend his AEW TNT Championship against Fletcher on this week’s episode of Dynamite. The match was set up when Fletcher confronted Ciampa on AEW Collision, coming out after Ciampa’s three-way title defense to proclaim himself the greatest TNT Champion and wanting to walk into AEW Grand Slam Australia as the champ once again.
Ciampa posted a new video to Twitter in which he cut a promo to the camera. He noted that he is “not the best” but rather is “a beast” and vowed to “eat [Fletcher] alive.”
You can see the full video below, in which Ciampa said:
“This message is coming straight from the Psycho Killer. And it is solely directed to you, Kyle Fletcher. Young man, be careful what you wish for. I have heard ever since coming to AEW that Kyle Fletcher is quite possibly the best professional wrestler alive today. Well self-admittedly, I am not the best. I am a beast. And this Wednesday, I am going to eat you alive. Dynamite. Ontario, California. Live for the entire world to see, it is Ciampa vs. Fletcher for the TNT Title.
“And while I’m thinking about it? Please be careful how you look at Silvie. She is very happy in her new home. I’ll see you in two sleeps, sweetheart.”
AEW Dynamite takes place on Wednesday from the Toyota Arena in Ontario and airs live on TBS and HBO Max. 411 will have live coverage of the show.
