Tommaso Ciampa vs. Chris Jericho Official for AEW Beach Break

Tommaso Ciampa and Chris Jericho are officially on a collision course.

Tonight’s episode of AEW Collision saw The Psycho Killer come face-to-face with the inaugural AEW World Champion.

During the face-off, Jericho said that no matter which version of Jericho comes after Ciampa, they are going to “kick his a**.”

Ciampa said he had been seeking a match with Jericho for a long time. He then issued a challenge for Beach Break on July 8 in Florida. He urged the veteran to bring his family and friends to the arena because on that night, the entire world would find out that he is better than Jericho.

Jericho accepted the challenge, stating that while on July 8 they’ll wrestle, tonight, they’ll fight, and launched a big right hand on Ciampa.

However, Tommaso Ciampa assumed control after low-blowing Jericho and finished off the segment by flattening the latter with a Running Knee.

AEW Beach Break 2026 is set to take place in Clearwater, Florida, on July 8.
