USA Network Renews Miz & Mrs. For Season Two
– USA Network has renewed Miz & Mrs. for a second season. The Miz posted to Twitter announcing the news ahead of Tuesday night’s episode, as you can see below. USA announced in a press release that the second season will run fourteen episodes.
The show has been a success for USA Network, starting with a 0.58 demo rating in its premiere — very good for its timeslot and network — and averaging a 0.5 over its first three episodes. Last week’s episode had a 0.47 demo rating. It has scored in the top three cable originals for the night for all three weeks so far.
“One word about the renewal: AWESOME!,” said The Miz.
“Thanks to all of the WWE fans out there who wanted a window to our crazy lives,” added Maryse. “Be careful what you wish for!”
The second season will premiere in 2019, as Miz noted.
All I’m thinking in this picture is “don’t drop her.” When @MonroeMizanin was born I had no idea how to hold a baby (as shown in this photo) but one thing was for sure…I didn’t want to let her go. Tonight, everyone will get to welcome Monroe. @usa_network 10/9c @MizandMrsTV pic.twitter.com/nNkAdCHZOg
